Cracking the Code on Complex Consolidations in Oracle EPM FCC

John Harding | Director, EPM Delivery
Complex consolidations can quickly challenge even the most experienced finance and accounting Teams, especially when organizations are managing partial ownership, changing entity structures, joint ventures, equity investments, intercompany activity, and multi-currency reporting. In this session, attendees will learn how Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close helps bring structure, automation, and transparency to these advanced consolidation scenarios.

Through practical examples and lessons learned, the session will explore how consolidation methods, ownership percentages, non-controlling interest, equity pickup, eliminations, and configuration decisions work together to drive consolidated results. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to design, validate, and troubleshoot complex consolidation models in FCC while improving close confidence, auditability, and reporting consistency.
